Several functionalities available to provide a better service for your customer

  • Programming, with a single mouse click, the schedule to make the program grid and play videos, files in Flash and fixed images.
  • Preparing in advance programs for holidays and other special dates such as: Carnival, Christmas, New year’s day etc.
    • When the holiday, Kikomix® exchanges the normal program for the special one. At the end of the special program it returns automatically to the normal program grid.
  • Defining time and day to perform the training programs, news or electronic magazines, static images, short time promotions or specific campaigns.
  • Creating freely your own structure or the organizational structure of each customer facilitating the management and distribution of the program to be exhibited.
    • Update the structure if there is a change in your customer’s organogram, including the Units individual dislocation.
  • Generating a specific program for a single Unit, for a group of units or for all the Units simultaneously, permitting the individualization of objectives or segments to be achieved.
  • Establishing customized screens for each customer with the free creation of multiple windows.
  • Inserting News Bar with information related to your customer or using it to insert news via RSS.
    • Defining your customers’, your sponsors’ or your logos which will appear rotatively on the Bar.
    • Choosing which news agency must update the News Bar, changing it at any time.
  • Defining the ideal periodicity to change and update the customer’s program grid.
  • Establishing the transmission start and end, also differentiating week days to each unit independently.
  • Defining audio and/or video warning alarm, so that the staff can know the beginning or the end of the working hour, e.g.: “We will start our activities in 30 min…”
  • Controlling the audio volume of each Unit if the use of audio media is required.
  • Kikomix® always update the Units clock avoiding normal oscillation such as delays or advances in the time in the machine clock.
  • Defining previously which states will be included in the Summer time controlling the beginning and the end of the period. Kikomix® will be responsible for updating automatically all the units as required.
  • Defining authorized users to manage Kikomix® and also settling user access levels.
  • Issuing reports of transmission receipt.
